Together, we take stock of your needs, your expectations for personalized and targeted support.

The first session lasts approximately 1h15 to 1h30

It consists of establishing, together, according to your expectations and your overall state of health, a preliminary reflexological assessment.

So I can set up a personalized and adapted protocol.

Thereafter, the sessions generally last 1 hour in plantar

and 1/2 h palmar.

You keep your clothes on, only your feet or hands are uncovered.

The session begins with the relaxation of the foot or the hand,

During the session, several points or areas as a succession of points are worked on.

Depending on the situation or the objectives, the different areas can be worked in different ways:

invigorating (stimulating) or sedative (tranquilizing) if it is related to the organ harmonizing or stimulating if it is related to the individual.

A pressure, a smoothing or a crawling applied on the reflex points makes it possible to locate, to untie the tensions and to start again the vital operation of the organs, the glands and to restore the balance of the metabolism (the homeostasis).

During the session I remain attentive to your feelings.

The session ends with a relaxing massage.

Your session is thus adapted and personalized.

Some elimination reactions may occur a few days after the session:

Symptoms such as fatigue, heavy sweating, restless sleep, bloating, diarrhea, urgency to urinate or increased initial pain may occur in response to treatment.

The attentive perception of the reactions that occur during and after the treatment promotes the awareness of her own body by the client and provides the therapist with important information for the continuation of the therapy.

These are manifestations of frequent eliminations.

Then come vitality, energy, balance and relaxation over the sessions.
